This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing for VelvetFlow subscription services. By subscribing to any VelvetFlow plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

VelvetFlow offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: No cost, basic features
  • Creator Plan: $20.00 per month
  • Team Plan: $49.99 per month
  • Studio Plan: $150.00 per month

3. Billing and Payment Terms

3.1 Billing Cycle

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe to a paid plan and renews automatically each month on the same date.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

3.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or downgraded to the free plan.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Accessing your account settings in the VelvetFlow app
  • Contacting our support team at vf@culturalbridgelabs.com
  • Following the cancellation link in your billing emails

4.2 Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until your subscription expires.

4.3 No Partial Refunds

We do not provide refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 General Refund Policy

VelvetFlow operates a strict no-refund policy for subscription services. All sales are final. However, we may provide refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

5.2 Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service for an extended period
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized charges due to account compromise
  • Service outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours

5.3 Refund Request Process

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances:

  1. Contact our support team at vf@culturalbridgelabs.com within 7 days of the billing date
  2. Provide detailed information about the issue
  3. Include relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. Allow up to 10 business days for review and response

5.4 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • Your account will be immediately downgraded to the free plan
  • Access to premium features will be revoked immediately

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

6.1 Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

7. Account Termination

7.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time. Account termination will:

  • Cancel all active subscriptions
  • Delete your profile and content after 30 days
  • Remove access to all premium features immediately

7.2 Termination by VelvetFlow

We may terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

8. Free Trial and Promotional Offers

8.1 Free Trials

When available, free trials allow you to test premium features before committing to a paid subscription. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

8.2 Promotional Pricing

Promotional offers and discounted pricing are subject to specific terms and conditions. Promotional pricing may not be eligible for refunds.

9. Taxes and Fees

9.1 Tax Responsibility

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to your subscription. Subscription prices do not include applicable taxes unless specifically stated.

9.2 Currency and Exchange Rates

All prices are listed in USD. If you pay in a different currency, exchange rates and conversion fees may apply as determined by your payment provider.

10. Changes to Pricing

10.1 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

10.2 Price Change Notification

We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases via email or in-app notification.

11. Service Credits

11.1 Service Credit Policy

In cases of extended service outages or technical issues, we may provide service credits instead of refunds. Service credits extend your subscription period and cannot be converted to cash.

11.2 Credit Application

Service credits are applied automatically to your account and will be used before processing new payments.
